Yoga is Fantastic!

Hello everyone!
Today speak about in how I started to practice yoga and because I do it to this day.
When I started to dance break dance I used to hit my body a lot and this brought consequences in my body, for example, many bruises and chronic wounds that are to this day.
Therefore, I had to go to the kinesiologist who recommended me to practice yoga. Since that day many things changed in my style life, because I realized that yoga is not only used to improve elongation and relax the body, also helps the architects improve their posture, since we spent hours sitting at the computer.
Also helps to relieve stress, I used to be a very bitter and angry person, but now I feel much better and I take things calmly enjoying the day to day.
This has helped me to make the most difficult and quick break tricks.
Therefore practice yoga help me in all things of my life completely changing my lifestyle for the better, I recommend it totally for everyone.help you a lot!

  1. I love break dance although I have never done it myself. I think yoga is great. Personally, I prefer Pilates but I used to love yoga.
